Architectural Assistance
Liferay Subscription Services includes support services and a wide range of resources to help you successfully plan, deploy and manage your mission-critical projects from start to finish.
However, Subscription Services is not required to offer architectural assistance. Architectural assistance would include guidance on the design and implementation of several areas concerning and surrounding Liferay Digital Experience Platform, Liferay Portal EE, or Liferay Commerce such as: instance-specific settings driven by a business need, customizations (please see Customizations coverage), third-party product selection, installation or configuration (e.g., application servers, database applications, load balancers, HTTP servers, authentication solutions, content delivery solutions, etc.), and network architecture.
