How do I activate my Enterprise Search product? (Video Tutorial)
Product Activation
To activate your Enterprise Search product, Administrators should navigate to the Product Activation tab on the left sidebar navigation in Customer Portal and select Enterprise Search.
On this page, you will be able to download licenses for each subscription term.
Enterprise Search activation is typically available for subscriptions with a start date in the current quarter or previous quarters. If your subscription start date falls in a future quarter, you will receive an error stating that your key is not yet available. Please return to this page at a later time.
